we stayed at my Uncle Jerry's place for a couple of nights after Folks Fest, visited some old hi-school buddies of mine and saw my daughter briefly while catching a Rockies game ....a short rest before hitting the road again.
I graduated hi-school with Paul, his fine wife Debbie was my coach thru labor and delivery with my only baby...many many memories while sitting on the porch of their place

my cousin Cori apparently likes to sleep in the back yard with trusty companion Luna, instead of her room. We stayed in her room....a shout out to cousin Adam in Upland too, he gave up his twin for us!
went to a Colorado Rockies game at Coors Field, nice long shadows
saw this tee a few rows in front of us....festivarians are everywhere!
found this in Wiki before we left on our trip ; "While most of the seats in Coors Field are dark green, the seats in the 20th row of the upper deck are purple. This marks the city's one mile elevation point."
Gina had to go and sit in one.
Rockies beat the Astros and we saw the sunset on a beautiful Denver nite
